How to choose my customization?

Once the order is placed within 3/5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) our graphics office will contact you on WhatsApp to decide together the customization of the purchased products. The customer is required to check the final proposal carefully, once the start of production is confirmed we are not responsible for typing errors, transcription, images or colors desired differently.

Cancelling the order.

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 working hours by contacting us at our email info@crispohome.it or at our WhatsApp number 328 448 2654. If the cancellation of the order is requested after the approval of the graphics, only the shipping costs will be refunded and the entire amount will be retained. It is not possible to transform the cancellation of an order into a voucher for future purchases.

Order placed. When will I receive the products?

The times will be calculated from the moment the draft is accepted, therefore it is necessary to calculate 7/10 working days from the approval of the draft, excluding shipping times. For urgent orders before making the purchase contact 081 827 1670.

Problems with shipping?

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, its progress is not dependent on us.
The shipping company will take care of it from the moment it is entrusted to them until it arrives at your home, therefore any problems of loss, damage or delays of the packages are in no way attributable to us. Once the order has been placed and paid, the customer has automatically accepted responsibility for each shipment, no refunds will be provided by Crispo Home in the event of poor service arising from companies or third parties.

Damaged package: If you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, you must ask the courier to sign with reserve . This allows you to request a refund from the carrier when the goods inside are also damaged. Without the aforementioned signature with reserve, it is not possible to obtain a refund from the shipping company.
