If the cancellation of the order is requested after the approval of the graphics, only the shipping costs will be refunded and the entire amount will be retained. It is not possible to transform the cancellation of an order into a voucher for future purchases.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, its progress is not dependent on us.The shipping company will take care of it from the moment it is entrusted to them until it arrives at your home, therefore any problems of loss, damage or delays of the packages are in no way attributable to us. Damaged package: If you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, you must ask the courier to sign with reserve . After the approval of the customization, it will take 7/10 working days to complete the manufacturing process and another 1/5 working days for delivery (Times vary depending on the shipping area). Shipping costs are €8.50 for the entire national territory, except for Sardinia where shipping costs are €12.50, and on the smaller islands where the cost is €18.50.
